Entre <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>des paysages compl\u00e9tements d\u00e9sertiques, d\u2019autres<\/strong> <strong>enti\u00e8rement tropicaux<\/strong>,<\/span> des montagnes \u00e0 pertes de vue\u2026 impossible de savoir o\u00f9 l\u2019on se trouve r\u00e9ellement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Nous sommes parties de Siem Reap <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le 29 janvier, nous avons pris un minibus<\/span> <\/strong>et avons roul\u00e9 approximativement<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 8 heures<\/span>. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">La fin du trajet \u00e9tait difficile<\/span><\/strong>, heureusement que nous ne sommes pas trop sensibles en voiture\u2026 entre la vitesse du minibus et l\u2019\u00e9tat de la route <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">nous d\u00e9collions du si\u00e8ge\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mais qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019on vient faire dans cette r\u00e9gion\u00a0?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Baaaaaah <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>un trekking\u00a0voyons\u00a0! De 8 heures dans la jungle,<\/strong><\/span> oui oui oui !!!! Et ce n\u2019est pas tout\u2026 Nous allons <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>voir des \u00e9l\u00e9phants<\/strong> <\/span>dans une r\u00e9serve prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>se baigner dans une cascade<\/strong> <\/span>et\u2026 <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>dormir une nuit en hamac<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>!!!! Ce n\u2019est ti pas <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>un programme de folie<\/strong> <\/span>\u00e7a\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Autant vous dire que <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>nous sommes tr\u00e8s excit\u00e9es<\/strong> <\/span>bien qu\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">un peu flipp\u00e9es<\/span> <span style=\"color: #008080;\">par l\u2019\u00e9preuve sportive<\/span><\/strong> qui nous attend en tant que GRANDES sportives (<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">du dimanche sur un marathon Netflix<\/span>)\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mais nous <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>on aime se surpasser<\/strong><\/span>, alors on fonce et au pire\u2026 bah on sera au moins deux derri\u00e8res\u00a0\ud83d\ude09\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Donc bon, nous voil\u00e0 arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 notre h\u00f4tel pour la nuit du 29 au 30. Le trekking commence le lendemain matin, du 30 au 31. Nous repartons \u00e0 Siem Reap le 1<sup>er<\/sup> f\u00e9vrier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Le Tree Lodge\u00a0Bungalow :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> tr\u00e8s belle surprise, notre logement\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>! Si vous \u00eates de passage au Mondulkiri on le recommande \u00e0 10000%, on a ador\u00e9\u00a0! Nous avions r\u00e9serv\u00e9 ce lieu car <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">il est en relation avec l\u2019organisation qui g\u00e8re notre trekking<\/span><\/strong>, ainsi c\u2019\u00e9tait plus s\u00e9cure et facile pour nous de partir de l\u00e0. Le devant ne paye pas de mine, mais attendez de rentrer \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur\u2026 vous vous retrouvez alors <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">perdus au milieu de la for\u00eat<\/span><\/strong>, le charme des infrastructures tout en bois est magnifique, <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>telle la cabane dans les arbres que l\u2019on r\u00eavait dans notre enfance\u00a0!<\/strong><\/span> Notre chambre se situe dans un <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>des petits bungalows<\/strong> <\/span>avec un lit double, une salle de bain privative <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>ET un hamac<\/strong> <\/span>sur le devant de notre petit chez nous. Alors attention, cela reste <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>tr\u00e8s rustique<\/strong><\/span>, il y a des petits trous partout, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">des petites<\/span> <span style=\"color: #008080;\">b\u00eates<\/span><\/strong> (\u00e9cureuils, souris, scarab\u00e9es, araign\u00e9es\u2026) mais avec la moustiquaire fournie vous \u00eates en totale s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0(enfin nous c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 se dire\u00a0!). <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le prix d\u2019une nuit est de 7$, tr\u00e8s raisonnable\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>! En plus, le Tree Lodge a \u00e9galement son petit restaurant et on y mange bien. Leur site internet\u00a0est\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mondulkiriproject.org\/\"><strong>mondulkiriproject.org<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Monsieur Tree<\/strong><\/span>, cambodgien, est le fondateur du <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Mondulkiri Project<\/strong> <\/span>(lui-m\u00eame r\u00e9git par une ONG cambodgienne, Cambodia Elephant Rescue Organization) ayant un projet <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>d\u2019\u00e9co-tourisme<\/strong> <\/span>s\u2019inscrivant dans une politique de <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>protection des \u00e9l\u00e9phants<\/strong><\/span>. Afin de cr\u00e9er cette organisation, en Octobre 2013, Mr Tree a dut \u00e9tablir un accord avec les <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Bunong<\/strong> <\/span>(une ethnie vivant dans deux villages situ\u00e9s dans la jungle, non loin de Sen Monorom\u00a0: Putang Village &amp; Orang Village). En effet, Mr Tree leur loue une grande parcelle de jungle, et ceci pour deux raisons\u00a0<strong>: <span style=\"color: #008080;\">lutter contre la d\u00e9forestation<\/span><\/strong>, tout en <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">permettant aux \u00e9l\u00e9phants de vivre dans un milieu naturel<\/span> <\/strong>mais aussi de <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>venir en aide \u00e0 la population Bunong<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Il a pu nous expliquer que cette <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>lutte \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9e<\/strong> <\/span>car la <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>d\u00e9forestation est un moyen pour les ethnies de gagner de l\u2019argent<\/strong> <\/span>pour vivre (en revendant aux Vietnamiens ou aux Chinois, ou en construisant des fermes). Ce sont souvent des familles nombreuses, avec beaucoup d\u2019enfants\u2026 Il est donc indispensable pour eux de trouver comment gagner de l\u2019argent pour subvenir \u00e0 leurs besoins. Mr Tree explique donc la raison du prix assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 du trek (80$ par personne)\u00a0: <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>il doit louer les parcelles de jungle au m\u00eame prix que ce que gagnerait les Bunong en revendant du bois ou en construisant des fermes. <\/strong><\/span>Effectivement, \u00e7a fait un certain prix\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sans compter le fait <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>qu\u2019il doit racheter les \u00e9l\u00e9phants\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>! Et oui, car les 5 \u00e9l\u00e9phants qui sont accueillis ici ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 \u00e0 des familles qui les faisait travailler (aux temples d\u2019Angkor par exemple), afin de <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>permettre aux chers touristes de monter dessus\u2026<\/strong><\/span> La maltraitance \u00e9tait donc au rendez-vous pour ces \u00e9l\u00e9phants (oreilles trou\u00e9es, dos caboss\u00e9s, pattes enchain\u00e9es\u2026). <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>P\u00f4 chouette, \u00e7a\u00a0fait tout de suite moins r\u00eaver\u00a0hein\u00a0!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mr Tree nous a aussi expliqu\u00e9 <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>la vie des Bunong<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>: ils continuent de travailler dans leur ferme et dans les champs alors m\u00eame qu\u2019ils sont tr\u00e8s jeunes ou tr\u00e8s \u00e2g\u00e9s. Beaucoup ne vont donc pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, car il faut subvenir aux besoins de la famille. Il faut <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>parfois marcher 50km avant de trouver de quoi manger<\/strong><\/span>. Mondulkiri Project offre alors l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 certains jeunes de travailler dans l\u2019ONG en tant que guide ou en tant que mahout. Ceci leur permet alors de <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>ne pas s\u2019\u00e9loigner de leur famille<\/strong><\/span> et donc <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>de pr\u00e9server leur culture<\/strong><\/span>, tout en ramenant de l\u2019argent. <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ne se voient donc plus oblig\u00e9es de travailler.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Les 80$ permettent alors de financer tout cela. Enfin\u2026 Nous l\u2019esp\u00e9rons. Elle a 55 ans. Elle travaillait pour aider \u00e0 la d\u00e9forestation), <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Lucky<\/strong> <\/span>(elle travaillait \u00e0 Angkor. Elle a 70 ans), <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Happy<\/strong> <\/span>(Elle est nouvelle au centre\u00a0! Elle a 35 ans.), <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Princess<\/strong> <\/span>(Elle a 45 ans. Elle travaillait pour les touristes.) et <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Comvine<\/strong> <\/span>(Elle a 30 ans. Sa m\u00e8re travaillait pour les touristes, mais ils ont achet\u00e9 Comvine avant qu\u2019elle ne soit utilis\u00e9e ainsi.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>D\u2019ailleurs, <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>savez-vous pourquoi n\u2019y-a-t-il que des femelles dans ce centre\u00a0?<\/strong> <\/span>Et bien d\u2019une part tout simplement car il y a plus de femelles \u00e9l\u00e9phants encore en vie\u00a0; et d\u2019autres part car elles sont menac\u00e9es\u2026 En effet, il y a de moins en moins de naissance d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phanteaux car qui dit \u00e9l\u00e9phant enceinte, dit aussi qu\u2019elle n\u2019est plus capable de travailler\u2026 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Du coup, certains propri\u00e9taires d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phants emp\u00eachent les reproductions<\/span>.<\/strong> Le r\u00eave de Mr Tree est qu\u2019un jour, une de ses \u00e9l\u00e9phants puisse \u00eatre enceinte. L\u00e0, on voyait qu\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">il \u00e9tait bien content de tremper ses pattes et de manger quelques bananes mais bon il avait mieux \u00e0 faire<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00a0!<\/span> Celui-ci n\u2019\u00e9tait pas forc\u00e9 de rester, (heureusement\u00a0!) et ainsi il a pu s\u2019en aller vaquer \u00e0 ses occupations. Nous avons quand m\u00eame eu le temps de <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>profiter de quelques moments avec lui dans l\u2019eau<\/strong> <\/span>et de le nettoyer. Mais du coup on s\u2019est demand\u00e9\u00a0: est-ce que c\u2019\u00e9tait le jour o\u00f9 il n\u2019avait pas envie\u00a0? Y-va-t-il volontiers\u00a0? Ou est-ce qu\u2019ils sont quand m\u00eame un peu oblig\u00e9s pour les touristes de prendre ce fameux bain\u2026\u00a0? A savoir aussi que ce jour-ci nous \u00e9tions un gros groupe (13personnes) \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Nous n\u2019avons pas la r\u00e9ponse\u2026 <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>nous nous rassurons<\/strong> <\/span>en nous disant qu\u2019effectivement <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant n\u2019avait pas d\u2019obligation de rester<\/strong> <\/span>et a pu partir quand il le souhaitait.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Globalement, nous pensons que <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Mondulkiri Project est un bon organisme<\/strong><\/span>. Certes, il y a le c\u00f4t\u00e9 touristique, les \u00e9l\u00e9phants sont amen\u00e9s \u00e0 tel endroit pour que nous les voyons\u2026 mais finalement ces \u00e9l\u00e9phants <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">semblent tout de m\u00eame plus heureux<\/span><\/strong> dans cette r\u00e9serve plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en dehors o\u00f9 ils seraient <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>battus et exploit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/span> afin que les touristes puissent <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>monter sur leurs dos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">L\u2019aspect touristique permet \u00e0 cet organisme de vivre et de continuer de prot\u00e9ger la for\u00eat et ces \u00e9l\u00e9phants. <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Nous nous sommes fait cet avis au vu de ce que l\u2019on a vu, v\u00e9cu et entendu<\/strong><\/span>. Est-il fond\u00e9 ou non\u00a0?
